For the fios areas, it offers a DSL option too as it is not a cable company. One can use a triple play which includes a home phone, wireless, and TV. It also offers prepaid plans for the internet.
Mediacom
Mediacom is another great service provider. Mediacom customer service offers multiple channels for you to reach. You can contact them through direct dialing, social media, or email. The internet speeds are fairly consistent. In case there is a problem, the customer service offers a quick resolution.
AT&T Internet:
This internet provider gives you hybrid and fiber internet service. The wiring used in the hybrid –fiber includes cable and fiber. AT&T is ranked second in our Best Internet Service Providers ranking, tied with Verizon, and fifth in our Most Affordable ISPs ranking. It costs $35-$60 every month. It offers unlimited data. Its download speeds range from 10 to 100 megabits per second. Although AT&T does not require a contract, it does offer TV and phone bundles.

Spectrum is one of the top-notch providers in the industry. It is the second-largest internet service provider, with 41 states covered. Downloading speed ranges from 100 to 940 Mbps and its upload speed ranges from 10 to 35 Mbps; Spectrum provides three hybrid-fiber coaxial (HFC) internet connections. Prices start at $49.99 and go up from there. Prices start at $49.99, but you may be able to get a better deal if you combine your internet with TV. There is no commitment with Spectrum, and there are no charges for your modem.
