After embarking on a discovery and scoping process, we had a good understanding of the business and how this social-enterprise needed to transform to achieve their vision. Within three months of working with them, they had their new name, a new visual identity/brand, new website and a comprehensive marketing plan.
The evolution of their technology relied on a new digital infrastructure of their existing club management platform. We took a single WordPress site along with one application on a shared database back-end and built a new resilient, scalable and secure application stack to host all elements of their platform. We also introduced a new deployment process which enabled fully automated testing.
